Needle punched

These nonwovens are manufactured from synthetic fibers and secondary raw materials using needle-punching technology. The materials are produced in various thicknesses and weights, can be combined with others in order to achieve better required properties and can also be provided with self-adhesive layer. Based on customer’s requirements may be processed to the final shaped cutouts.

Application

Needle punched nonwovens are widely used in many industries. Among traditional areas belongs primarily the automotive industry, glass processing and building – sound insulation, protective fabric, damping and filling material.

Our main customers for needle punched nonwovens are FAURECIA INTERIORS Ltd. – supplier of components and systems for the automotive industry – and AGC FLAT GLASS CZECH a.s. – flat glass manufacturer.
